The Dancing On Ice tour originated from the popular ITV show. Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean headline the show - having captivated TV audiences for the last 3 years.

The lighting was designed by Durham Marenghi and programmed by Tim Routledge.

The tour uses 8 projectors to project media content onto the ice from directly above. The content is sourced by Tim Routledge who integrates it into the lighting cues - triggering the media server from his grandMA full size.

I went to visit Tim at the Wembley Arena leg of the tour. He showed me around and gave me lots of career advice and techniques involving lighting for television.
